Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Brickuity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Brickuity
Brickuity is a personal LEGO collection, purchase, budget, and wanted-list tracker. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse data supplied through Brickuity or a connected provider.
Geographic availability
Brickuity is operated from the United States and is currently intended for users in the United States. It is not directed to people in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Brickuity does not represent that the service or its content is appropriate or available in every location. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Brickuity account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your information and backups
You remain responsible for information you enter or import and for keeping backups appropriate to your needs. You give Brickuity permission to process that information only as needed to provide, protect, and support the service.
Estimates and third-party information
Set details, images, prices, market values, and retirement information can come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Brickuity does not provide financial, tax, appraisal, or investment advice. Verify important purchase or sale decisions independently.
Availability and changes
Features and supported data sources may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Brickuity is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. Brickuity is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from estimates displayed by the service.
Changes to these terms
Brickuity may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
Ending use and account termination
You may stop using Brickuity at any time and may delete your account through Settings → Data. Brickuity may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, protect users or the service, comply with law, or discontinue the service.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Connected services have their own terms. Brickuity does not grant rights to third-party names, images, data, or trademarks. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Brickuity.
